I’m a huge fan of Slimming World and I always go back to it when I want to lose a few pounds, but I especially love these syn free pancakes from Slimming World and I always return to them even when I’m not dieting. They’re quick and easy and I find that they’re so delicious, so I thought I would share them with you guys since they are so simple.
This recipe allows you to make two pancakes. If you want to make more than this simply add the extra ingredients.
Step 1: Mix 6 tbsp of sweetener and 1 egg together.
Step 2: when you begin to see soft peaks forming, begin to mix in 1 tsp of vanilla essence.
Step 3: Apply fry light to a pan on a medium/hot heat.
Step 4: Evenly distribute the mix into a pan, I like to use half at a time to make thick pancakes. Leave each side on the pan for around minutes each.
Step 5: Add your favourite fruit, Nutella, yoghurt and enjoy!
